Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily student affairs through internal coordination and external liaison, including but not limited to mastering routine operations of the student information system and file archiving, to ensure standardized and orderly student services.

2. Provide students with humanistic care, youth services, guidance, and counseling. Develop systematic approaches for early intervention, identification, and timely follow-up on student issues, delivering personalized support and tracking services.

3. Participate in the implementation of student affairs-related activities to guide students in establishing correct values and development goals.

4. Provide frontline assistance in emergencies involving student safety and health; conduct crisis intervention and home-school communication when necessary; and respond promptly to concerns raised by students and parents.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

*Note: Work outside of standard office hours may be required. The work location is the Xili Campus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Higher Education Management, Psychology, Management, or related fields are preferred.

2. Prior experience in the higher education sector, counseling services, or academic advising is preferred.

3. Strong written and spoken proficiency in both Chinese and English.

4. Excellent interpersonal communication and self-expression skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (especially Word and Excel) and student information databases.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; strong sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude; willingness to work outside of standard office hours.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

3. 參與實(shí)施學(xué)生事務(wù)相關(guān)活動(dòng),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的價(jià)值觀(guān)和發(fā)展目標(biāo)。

4. 在涉及學(xué)生安全和健康的緊急情況下,在第一線(xiàn)給予幫助,必要時(shí)進(jìn)行危機(jī)干預(yù)與家校溝通,及時(shí)回應(yīng)學(xué)生及家長(zhǎng)關(guān)切。

5. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

*可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)非辦公時(shí)間工作的情況。辦公地點(diǎn)為西麗大學(xué)城校區(qū)。

崗位要求:

1本科或以上學(xué)歷,高等教育管理、心理學(xué)及管理學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。

2. 有高等教育領(lǐng)域、咨詢(xún)服務(wù)或?qū)W業(yè)指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

3. 良好的中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)和口語(yǔ)能力。

4. 優(yōu)秀的人際溝通能力和自我表達(dá)能力

5. 精通 Microsoft Office 軟件(尤其是 Word、Excel)和學(xué)生信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。

6. 能夠在快節(jié)奏的環(huán)境中獨(dú)立和協(xié)作工作,具有較強(qiáng)的責(zé)任感和積極進(jìn)取的精神,愿意在非辦公時(shí)間工作。
